Location: Downtown Chicago – Hybrid – onsite Tuesday/Wednesday
Salary: $145K - $170K (w/ bonus structure)
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of IT architecture experience – architecting, designing, and developing solutions for various business areas within IT.
- Extensive experience with data architecture and system designing – defining policies, principles, and standards.
- Hands on development experience – C#, Python, and .NET
- Experience working with Oracle, SQL, and Azure databases.
- Experience working with Machine Learning software – SAS, Python, R, KNIME, etc.
- Experience with visualization tools – SAS Visual Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Solution oriented and ability to communicate effectively across the organization at all levels.
- BA in related field.
Plusses:
- Any relevant certifications in data architecture, data engineering, or cloud platforms
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience implementing data security measures.
Our client is looking for an IT Architect with a data and solutions background that needs to have expertise in working with enterprise domain organizations. This person will be supporting multiple areas of the business, so understanding IT strategy at a high level and data best practices will be key for success in this position. This person will be working with high level leadership and stake holders frequently and will need to be able to understand/translate the business needs to multiple internal resources, and collaborate with individual teams to effectively deliver.
