Enterprise ArchitectStudy and understand the existing business, systems, data, and technology landscapeLeverage the Sparx EA platform to both retrieve and store architectural informationDevelop all new and modifying any existing architectural models in the Sparx EA platformWork closely with business relationship managers to understand the business needs of the various divisionsAssess incoming technology Demands in ServiceNow to develop high-level solution architectures that meet business needsConduct market research to understand the cost of implementation for the derived high-level solution architectureGather input from business and technical stakeholders in the development of proposed high-level solution architecturesPresent developed high-level architectures to project teams at project kick-off to provide context for the project’s workContribute to the development of project charters and requirements documentsContribute to, review, and approve detailed technical design documents on projectsContribute to the development and evaluation of requests for proposal (RFPs)Develop detailed financial net present value (NPV) analyses of various solution optionsContribute to as-built technical diagramsExperienced developing Service Oriented architecturesExperienced in developing enterprise architecture across the entire EA stack – business architecture, data and systems architecture, and technical architectureExperienced developing Enterprise architectures to meet business needsExperienced developing financial models of proposed solutionsExperienced working/configuring/managing the SPARX Enterprise Architect ApplicationExperienced with SQL with any database.TOGAF – Level 1 & 2 RequiredRequired Skills: Sparx EA, TOGAF level 1 & 2 certifiedBackground Check: YesDrug Screen: YesNotes: This role will be onsite in Downtown Austin 3/4 weeks a month. It is initially a 6 month contract and they will extend if they like the individual, but they will not convert to fulltime. Interview process is likely going to be two rounds.

They need someone that is a know it all and can give guidance to their infrastructure operations team and steer them. Looking for a high level consultant that can understand their landscape and make architectural recommendations to the team. Selling points for candidate: The plan here is to send the end client a rock star that checks every box regardless.
