Enterprise ArchitectAustin, TX (Onsite)12+ month ContractThe Enterprise Architect is responsible for the following duties:Study and understand the existing business, systems, data, and technology landscape at the Client.Leverage the Sparx EA platform to both retrieve and store architectural informationDevelop all new and modifying any existing architectural models in the Sparx EA platformWork closely with business relationship managers to understand the business needs of the various divisions of the Client.Assess incoming technology Demands in ServiceNow to develop high-level solution architectures that meet business needsConduct market research to understand the cost of implementation for the derived high-level solution architectureGather input from business and technical stakeholders in the development of proposed high-level solution architecturesPresent developed high-level architectures to project teams at project kick-off to provide context for the project’s workContribute to the development of project charters and requirements documentsContribute to, review, and approve detailed technical design documents on projectsContribute to the development and evaluation of requests for proposal (RFPs)Develop detailed financial net present value (NPV) analyses of various solution optionsContribute to as-built technical diagramsRequired Skills/Qualifications:5 Years - Experience developing Service Oriented architectures5 years - Experience in developing enterprise architecture across the entire EA stack – business architecture, data and systems architecture, and technical architecture5 years - Experience developing Enterprise architectures to meet business needs3 years - Experience developing financial models of proposed solutions3 Years - Working/configuring/managing the SPARX Enterprise Architect Application3 Years - SQL with any database.Current Certification - TOGAF 1 & 2Preferred Skills/Qualifications:2 years Knowledge of electric utility operations across generation, transmission and distribution, and retail/customer service segments3 years TIBCO development Experience
