To enhance enterprise application performance, the full-time salaried Enterprise Applications Manager will oversee Workday, Salesforce, Freshworks, and other platforms, driving initiatives and managing a technical support team in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary IT/technical owner for Workday HCM, Workday Financials, Salesforce, and Freshworks, ensuring effective integration and administration Lead and develop a team of technical specialists, providing guidance and support for application issues and vendor management Drive ongoing platform initiatives and maintain relationships with external vendors while managing contract lifecycle processes Required qualifications 7+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise applications (Workday, Salesforce, Freshworks, or similar) Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a technical support/development team Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills with experience in HR, Finance, and Marketing Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and renewal processes Familiarity with data architecture, system integration concepts, and API-based application connections
