Analyzing complex business challenges, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and support Maximo-based applications, enhancing them through configurations, workflows, and customizations Collaborate with technical and business partners to translate requirements into effective solutions and manage the software development lifecycle Troubleshoot issues across applications and integrations, creating validation documents and executing test cases to ensure quality Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations Strong understanding of Maximo architecture and experience building complex BIRT reports Familiarity with REST/JSON integrations and database systems, particularly DB2
