Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Staff Enterprise Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform, focusing on delivering scalable solutions and enhancing operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into effective Maximo-based solutions Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including Application Designer and workflows Experience building complex BIRT reports and implementing workflow processes
