Enterprise AI Sales Executive

Location: New Jersey | Aequor

Aequor is seeking an Enterprise AI Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across our AI, data, and digital solutions portfolio.

This is a sales-first leadership role for an experienced enterprise technology seller who can build pipeline, win new logos, expand strategic accounts, engage C-level executives, and convert AI opportunities into funded initiatives.

• Drive new-logo acquisition, pipeline development, and revenue growth
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, and business leaders
• Lead consultative discovery, executive presentations, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure
• Position solutions across Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, ML, automation, data and analytics
• Develop value propositions and business cases tied to measurable ROI
• Partner with AI, data, cloud, architecture, and global delivery teams to shape winning solutions
• Expand initial engagements into broader strategic accounts

• Proven success selling complex enterprise technology services
• Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated new-logo and pipeline-generation experience
• Experience selling AI, data, cloud, digital engineering, automation, or managed services
• Strong executive presence, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
• Practical understanding of GenAI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, cloud, data, integration, security, and governance
• Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or regulated-industry experience is a must
• Experience with global delivery models is preferred
