Providing strategic and technical leadership, the full-time remote Enterprise AI Platform Director will establish capabilities and operating models for AI solutions, manage a high-performing team, and align platform investments with enterprise priorities. Key responsibilities Define the enterprise AI platform strategy and capability roadmap while aligning it with product roadmaps and engineering needs Lead the design and evolution of shared AI platform capabilities, including model management and observability Communicate platform strategy to stakeholders and partner with product management to address prioritized business outcomes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience Ten years of progressive technology experience in platform engineering, architecture, or enterprise technology leadership Strong knowledge of generative AI concepts and modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams and establish platform strategies Understanding of governance, security, privacy, and compliance considerations for enterprise AI
