Presbyterian Medical Group is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Otolaryngologist ENT to join their established practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role offers a balance between clinic and OR time, supported by excellent APC staff to promote work-life balance. The position emphasizes high-quality patient care within a collaborative team environment.
Practice Info
- Established practice in Albuquerque, New Mexico
- Balance between clinic and OR time, with 3-4 days in clinic and 1-2 days in OR
- Ability to work in traditional hospital OR and/or ambulatory surgical centers
- Average of 20 patients per day in clinic
- Excellent APC support
- System-Wide EPIC EMR
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality care
- Execute four ER call days per month
- Split coverage of the practice among the team
Compensation
- Nationally competitive salary
- Salary Range: $475,000 - $500,000 a year
- Relocation allowance available

- Many physician roles may qualify for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program

- Physicians practicing in designated shortage areas may be eligible for state funded student loan repayment, offering up to $25,000 per year in loan assistance with a required service commitment

Requirements
- Must be BC/BE in Otolaryngology
- Outstanding patient care qualities
- Highly motivated with an interest to grow their practice
- Patient-focused and willing to collaborate and work in a team environment
- Ability to obtain a medical license to practice in the state of New Mexico
- J-1 waiver applicants welcome
