ENT / Otolaryngologist – Clinical Site Leader

Elevate ENT Partners is seeking an experienced ENT / Otolaryngologist to serve as the clinical anchor for a new, de novo ENT practice located in the Florida Gulf Coast market. This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician to play a meaningful role in expanding the organization's footprint into an adjacent market with the support of a large local ENT group. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical skills with an entrepreneurial mindset to help launch and grow the new location.

Practice Info

• New, de novo ENT practice located in the Florida Gulf Coast (Southwest/West-Central Florida) market

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical anchor for the new ENT location
• Partner with executive and local operational leadership to develop and launch the practice
• Establish the practice's presence within the local medical community
• Develop relationships with primary care physicians, pediatricians, urgent care providers, and other referral sources with support from the operational team
• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services within the full scope of general otolaryngology
• Perform appropriate in-office procedures and surgical interventions
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with other specialists
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and safety
• Participate in quality-improvement initiatives and organizational clinical programs

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary $400,000 - $500,000
• Bonus above defined RVU production threshold
• Commencement Bonus

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Residency program
• Board Certified, American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
• Florida state medical license
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
• An entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for building something new
