ENT Hospitalist (Inpatient-Focused) – Faculty Opportunity
Start date: ASAP. Pay rate: $370,000.00 – $410,000.00.
A leading academic health system is seeking a highly motivated ENT Hospitalist to join its expanding Otolaryngology service line. This faculty opportunity is ideal for physicians who enjoy high-acuity care, procedural work, and multidisciplinary collaboration working in an inpatient setting.
Position Highlights
- Inpatient-focused role: consults, rounding, procedures, and care coordination
- Monday – Friday clinical work schedule
- High-acuity cases with frequent bedside procedures (e.g., scopes)
- Opportunity to perform inpatient surgical cases as needed
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and APP support
- Participate in teaching residents (rotations throughout the year)
- Opportunity to help grow consult volume and expand hospital-based ENT services
- Visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary guarantee with productivity (wRVU)
- Bonus potential: ~10% incentive
