ENT Hospitalist - Flexible Schedule, $625K + $150K Sign-On

Jackson Physician Search is actively seeking an ENT hospitalist for a respected Top 100 hospital in North Dakota. The role centers on inpatient hospital and ER coverage with an average of 1–4 ENT consults per day, plus some minor outpatient surgery, in a collegial group of 6 ENTs.

The compensation is evergreen at $625,000 annually, not production-based, with a $150,000 signing bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes generous time off and a 401(k) with match.
