ENT Final-Year Resident & Fellow — Pathway to Practice

Optum's Physician Pathways Program invites final-year Otolaryngology residents and fellows to start their clinical careers with a national, physician-led organization. The program offers mentorship, exposure to primary and specialty care, and a transition from training into practice within New York facilities or virtually, requiring only a few hours per month.

Compensation in the final year is a generous hourly rate in the range of $39.60–$59.86, with total cash compensation based on base pay
