Salary: $120+/hr based on experience
LaSante Health Center is seeking a Part-time ENT to provide outpatient evaluation and treatment of ear, nose, and throat conditions in an FQHC setting one day/week .
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat ENT-related conditions
- Perform in-office procedures as appropriate
- Provide patient education and follow-up care
- Coordinate care with primary providers
- Document visits in the EHR
Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
- New York State medical license (or eligibility)
- Outpatient experience preferred
