Working in a hybrid remote capacity, the full-time Enrollment Technology Specialist will collaborate with the Account Management team to deliver enrollment technology solutions to customers while ensuring high-quality service and addressing discrepancies with carriers. Key responsibilities Serve as a technical resource for Account Management and Sales, developing strong relationships with local teams Identify and resolve discrepancies from carriers, ensuring timely adjustments based on enrollment structure Analyze trends with carriers and plan builds, creating updated educational materials as needed Required qualifications At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a preference for advanced skills Undergraduate degree preferred, but not required Desire to learn about various insurance products and services
