Enrollment Strategy Director

Guardian Group Benefits is seeking a strategic Head of Enrollment to lead enterprise enrollment across the organization. You will shape the enrollment model, drive participation, and partner with sales, client management, and distribution to differentiate Guardian’s offerings.

You will build and guide a high-performing enrollment team, manage internal and external partners, and deploy analytics to improve customer outcomes and engagement.
