As a full-time Outbound Enrollment Specialist working remotely, the candidate will manage high-volume outbound calls to enroll patients into services, educate them on available resources, and achieve enrollment goals while providing empathetic support and guidance. Key responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to inform and educate patients about Pomelo Care services and resources Achieve member enrollment goals based on company KPIs Document interactions and maintain accurate records of patient outreach activities Required qualifications Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm CT Experience in outreach enrollments and prospecting Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience working with Medicaid health plans is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
