Enrollment Specialist

• Remote position for US or Korea based speakers of both Korean and English.
• Focus on supporting U.S. Medicare patients through virtual care enrollment.

Responsibilities:

• Make 8-15 outbound calls per hour to explain RPM and CCM programs.
• Answer Medicare-related questions and obtain verbal consent for enrollment.
• Document call notes and meet daily productivity targets.

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English and Korean proficiency.
• Reliable internet and quiet home office.
