Seeking a dynamic Enrollment Specialist Manager, this full-time remote position will oversee a team of Enrollment Specialist Team Leads, driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives to enhance member enrollment in cancer care services. Key responsibilities Directly manage, coach, and develop 3-5 Enrollment Specialist Team Leads while being accountable for the performance of 30-50 Enrollment Specialists Monitor and revamp enrollment workflows to improve efficiency and address operational bottlenecks Collaborate with cross-functional partners to analyze performance data and implement new strategies to enhance member enrollment rates Required qualifications Significant experience managing and coaching teams, preferably with experience managing managers Proven track record in building and maintaining effective operational processes Experience driving cross-functional initiatives and effective project management Ability to navigate and succeed in fast-paced, scaling business environments Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities
