Enrollment Specialist I

North Bay Children’s Center seeks an Enrollment Specialist I to support families accessing our early childhood education and family services programs. In this frontline role, you will guide parents and caregivers through the full enrollment process—answering questions, assisting with applications, and verifying eligibility with care and accuracy. You will manage data entry, maintain confidential records, and coordinate appointments in collaboration with teachers and family support staff.
