Enrollment Growth & Strategy Leader

Guardian Life seeks a seasoned Head of Enrollment to lead the enterprise enrollment function across Group Benefits. You will drive participation, customer experience, and engagement while aligning with sales, client management, and broker networks.

You will report to the Head of Group Benefits Distribution, build a high-performing enrollment organization, and collaborate across leadership to differentiate Guardian’s enrollment capabilities in the market.
