To support prospective students through their initial inquiry and admission process, the full-time Enrollment Coach will utilize a consultative sales approach, managing phone interactions and facilitating connections with campus personnel while working remotely. Key responsibilities Convert prospective students from inquiry to registration by addressing their needs and objections Serve as the primary contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process with exceptional customer service Maintain accurate records of prospective students in the CRM and provide feedback to the Enrollment team on student challenges Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 1 to 3 years of experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records Ability to work autonomously and meet enrollment targets Familiarity with consultative sales techniques
