To support the enrollment team in a remote full-time capacity, the Enrollment Analyst - ACA will manage weekly enrollment files, process Medicare applications, and ensure compliance with CMS regulations while contributing to training programs for enrollment specialists. Key responsibilities Manage and process member enrollment applications, ensuring accurate and timely data entry Resolve enrollment discrepancies and maintain accurate member records to enhance the member experience Participate in system testing and develop training resources for new hires within the enrollment team Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Three years of experience in medical or institutional data entry Two years of experience with Medicare eligibility and enrollment processing Three years of customer service experience Familiarity with ACA/Marketplace enrollment processing and CMS regulations
