Driving enrollment success for the Cyber Warrior Program, the full-time hourly Enrollment Advisor will engage prospective students in a remote setting, guiding them through the enrollment process while achieving ambitious sales targets and maintaining high-volume outreach. Key Responsibilities Inspire and close prospective students by delivering compelling presentations on the value of technical skills training Execute daily outreach activities to advance candidates through the enrollment funnel and exceed performance quotas Guide candidates through critical enrollment milestones, ensuring compliance and readiness for their start date Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of proven success in target-driven sales environments, such as direct sales or B2B/B2C sales Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume activity and maintain personal organization Proficiency with CRM platforms, video presentation tools, and sales performance metrics Exceptional presentation and active-listening skills with a focus on candidate aspirations
