Description:
We are looking for a bilingual Enrolled Agent (English/Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with Tax resolutions and IRS representation while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients before the IRS
- Identify, Analyze, Work out a plan or resolution on IRS and State Debts
- Preparing OIC
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish
- Provide tax planning and guidance
- Maintain accurate client records
Requirements:
- Active Enrolled Agent (EA) license
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with tax software
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a tax firm or accounting office
