Responsibilities
- Perform landscape enhancement tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, and installing seasonal color displays
- Follow proper landscaping techniques and adhere to safety practices at all times
- Operate vehicles and equipment as required for project completion
- Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and property managers on-site
- Read and implement enhancement plans and plant specifications accurately
- 2+ years of experience in landscape enhancement or a related field
- Valid 2A (Hoisting) license, or willingness to obtain one
- Comfortable using smartphones and time-tracking applications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of plant material, hardscape installation, and seasonal enhancement practices
- Experience with snow removal, irrigation systems, or basic troubleshooting is a plus
- Familiarity with landscape estimating or job costing is a plus
- Tree work experience (pruning, removals, or related climbing/ground work) is a plus
- Catch basin installation or maintenance experience is a plus
- Knowledge of asphalt or concrete work is a plus
