We’re looking for an engaging and results-driven English Teacher & New Student Advisor to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will play a key part in both delivering impactful trial lessons and guiding families through the enrollment process. You’ll be the first touchpoint for many of our prospective students - helping spark a love of ELA and advising families on how our program can support their child’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 trial English classes for K–8 students
• Observe and assess student performance during the trial session
• Communicate feedback clearly to parents and provide tailored learning plans
• Build trust with families and convert trial students into long-term enrollments

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience teaching English to students in grades K–8
• A passion for education and student success - you love helping kids grow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ability to build rapport with both students and parents
• Prior experience in sales is a big plus
