Serving as the day-to-day administrator for developer tools and lab systems, the full-time remote Engineering Tools Administrator will manage GitHub, Jira, AWS infrastructure, and provide developer support while ensuring systems are reliable and secure. Key Responsibilities: Administer the GitHub organization, including permissions, integrations, and repository management Configure and maintain Jira and Confluence to align with engineering and program management needs Manage lab infrastructure and AWS administration, ensuring seamless access and support for engineering teams Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in IT, DevOps, or lab/systems support roles Hands-on experience administering GitHub and Jira/Confluence Working knowledge of Linux system administration (RHEL, Rocky Linux, or Ubuntu) Experience with routine AWS administration, including IAM, EC2, and S3 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
