Engineering Test TechEngineering Test Technician will be responsible for supporting all aspects of assembly, validation, and qualification testing of both hydraulic and electromechanical actuation products.Job ResponsibilitiesFabrication, assembly & use of test fixtures and test rigsAssemble and test hydraulic actuators and electro-mechanical actuatorsAcceptance testing of hydraulic and/or electromechanical productsEnsure calibration and certification of all instrumentation utilized for testCoordinate maintenance activities related to the test areaSupport external testing activities at labs when necessaryPerform basic machining operations using drill press, Bridgeport mill, manual deburr and polishingQualificationsMust have a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification and proficiency in the use of drawings, specifications, basic math, computer, technical and mechanical skills.Minimum 1 year experience in assembly, test, & troubleshooting of electromechanical & hydraulic actuation products or related mechanical experience required. General hydraulic theory and knowledge preferred.Preferred QualificationsAssociate degree preferred in Mechanical Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology or related technical discipline, or equivalent job experience preferred.
