Job Title: Engineering Technician

Job Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing and processing equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, electrical systems, and pneumatic systems.
- Support high-speed automation and automated production equipment.
- Conduct production test runs and process characterization.
- Collect and analyze production data, prepare charts and reports, and identify yield improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering teams.
- Monitor production operations and provide technical guidance to line operators.
- Support continuous improvement and manufacturing process optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E.).
- Hands-on experience in engineering or manufacturing technician roles.
- Experience with PLC and manufacturing equipment troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems.
- Experience supporting high-speed automation and production equipment.
- Experience with equipment setup, production testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work onsite in Libertyville, IL.
Pay Scale
- Anticipated hourly pay range: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour on W2.
