We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer - Requirements & Verification for a direct hire opportunity supporting a large-scale aerospace and advanced technology program. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development, integration, and verification of highly complex systems while working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams in a collaborative environment. The Systems Engineer will join the Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) organization and support system-level requirements management, interface definition, integration activities, and verification efforts for a sophisticated engineering program. This role provides broad exposure across the full system lifecycle and involves close collaboration with customers, engineering teams, suppliers, and program stakeholders. The successful candidate will help ensure system requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and successfully verified while supporting overall program execution. Document, track, and manage requirements using approved requirements management tools. Coordinate with customers, stakeholders, suppliers, and engineering teams to execute verification analyses and test activities. Support planning and execution of system-level technical reviews. Assist with interface definition and management across multiple engineering disciplines. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and engineering best practices. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. Experience in Systems Engineering, product development, design engineering, or a related field. Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation and engineering deliverables. Active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain additional clearance levels if required. Experience in Systems Engineering with an emphasis on: Experience collaborating across multiple engineering and functional organizations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including: Excel Project IBM DOORS Other requirements management platforms Experience supporting large-scale aerospace, defense, technology, manufacturing, or government programs. Familiarity with systems engineering processes and lifecycle methodologies.
