We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to provide technical leadership and support across operations, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for a technically strong engineer who enjoys leading people, solving complex problems, and improving equipment and operational performance .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor engineering/technical teams.
- Provide technical support for equipment, processes, reliability, and operations.
- Partner with Operations and Maintenance to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
- Lead root cause investigations and reliability improvement initiatives.
- Support projects, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence.
- Communicate effectively with site leadership and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering , or a related field preferred.
- Strong technical background in an industrial or process environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
