Engineering SupervisorJoin our team as an Engineering Supervisor and become part of the Auberge Family. We are looking for a hands-on professional who is passionate about leading and developing an engineering team across both technical and operational areas. In this role, you will oversee projects from start to finish while ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment for all team members.Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done.

Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are:Guide team members in their roles and follow up with Chief Engineer/Director of Engineering (DOE) for any notable performance or corrective action.Demonstrate ENRICH values in all interactions with team members, guests and vendors.Ability to troubleshoot and repair all hotel systems including all H.V.A.C&R systems, laundry equipment, kitchen equipment, water and wastewater, carpentry, tile, plumbing, painting and minor automotive repairs.Assume responsibilities as needed of the DOE and Chief Engineer in their absence.Maintain complete knowledge of hotel fire system, water system, sewage system, and irrigation systemRespond to all Guest Requests within a timely mannerRespond to all emergency or life threatening situationsFollow established safety proceduresLog and communicate all essential information in Engineering logsThe starting range for this position is $36.00. This is the pay rate for this position that Stanly Ranch reasonably expects to pay.

Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.Minimum of 3-4 year experience as an Engineer / Maintenance Technician, preferably within a hotel or property management environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent, Technical school desiredMust be able to operate all Hotel systems and associated equipmentNeed to be familiar with associated vendors and able to identify replacement parts, materials, and necessary toolsAbility to take action and make decisions whenever necessary as directed by the Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer.Ability to read and follow technical instructions on assembly of mechanical equipment and furniture as well as follow directions on warning labelsAbility to communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and managementValid driver's license and clean motor vehicle recordBi-lingual - Spanish preferredExperience with GSuitePrior hospitality experienceAuberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
