Our Facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma manufactures state-of-the-art circuit boards for Aerospace and Defense.Job SummaryProvide daily leadership and direction to employeesTrain, advise, and counsel employees on work processes and procedures, as well as, company policiesRegulate work flow to ensure maximum use of capacity and efficiency within departmentEnsure project and assignments remain consistent with company practices, policies, and regulations (e.g.: SOX, OSHA, Management System Standards)Interact and support all internal and external customers; set standards that promote good relations and communicationResearch and troubleshoot problems; take corrective actions to allow continuous improvementTrack and monitor departmental performance objectivesParticipate in periodic audits to ensure compliance to company standardsProvide input for hiring, terminations, transfers, salary adjustments and promotionsAdhere to General Requirements of Team MembersPerform other assignments as requiredRequired Skills and QualificationsAble to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detailAble to handle multiple tasks, have good organizational skills, and a high level of energyDemonstrated ability to communicate with customers and project company image to attract businessComputer skills – intermediate knowledge of e-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and AccessProfessional attitude and demeanor; problem-solving and prioritization skillsRequired Experience and EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technical disciplineMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience
