Taking ownership of new technical tasks and projects, the full-time Engineering Specialist will develop tools and features, support IT administration, and collaborate with cross-departmental teams in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Manage end-to-end technical projects, consulting with the CTO at key decision points Coordinate with the Technology Product Manager to develop solutions originating from other departments Assist in researching technology acquisitions and provide support to IT administration as needed Required qualifications Significant experience with software development environments and methodologies Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use unfamiliar technologies Experience with AI-assisted software development Proficiency in developing well-structured code and debugging existing code Desirable experience with web, mobile app, and progressive web app development
