Engineering SpecialistPurpose of the Job: The ERP Implementation Engineer/Specialist serves as a subject matter expert supporting the deployment, optimization, and adoption of Owens Corning's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform across the Doors business. This role partners closely with manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, production control, engineering, and operations teams to standardize business processes, support system configuration, and enable successful implementation through training, change management, and post-go-live support. Significant travel to Doors manufacturing sites is required.Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline. Preferred: Advanced degree in Engineering, Operations, Information Systems, or Business.Experience Required: Experience working in a manufacturing, supply chain, operations, engineering, or ERP-related environment. Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and develop practical solutions. Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred: Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or major system transformations.
