Prepare weekly active project list and status along with costs and labor details. Present weekly report to both teams jointly and individually.
Contact customers to collect details regarding purchase orders, shipping, billing, scheduling, and site access. Assist team members with weekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduling, cancellations, and schedule changes. Assist with maintaining field instruments and equipment by managing repairs and maintenance.
