Engineering Sales And Business Development RepWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead generation. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process.Responsibilities:Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and develop new business opportunitiesQualify leads and set up appointments for the sales teamAchieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualificationUse various communication channels (phone, email, social media, etc.) to engage prospectsBuild and maintain a pipeline of qualified leadsWork collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies to generate new businessKeep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive insightsMaintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in the CRM systemContinuously improve sales skills and product knowledgeRequirements:1-3 years of experience in Engineering sales development or lead generation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed targetsExcellent organizational and time management skillsHigh level of self-motivation and a positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of the industry and market trendsP.S.
