Engineering Records Librarian/Archivist (PPM II)

Overview

Are you a technically minded librarian/archivist interested in the history of infrastructure in Western Washington? This position is an opportunity to work on a fun and collaborative team who is dedicated to water quality, process improvement and producing quality designs to improve the Wastewater Treatment Divisions (WTD) Conveyance and Treatment Systems.

This position follows a hybrid work model, blending remote and in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Engineering Content Management System (ECMS), including cataloging engineering drawings.
• Transfer record drawings into the ECMS database for operations incorporation into master drawings.
• Manage the database and provide customer support to internal and external requests for engineering drawings.
• Ensure WTD has accurate records of built infrastructure.
