In addition, we offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package including a competitive salary; 401K retirement plan; paid time off; paid holidays; tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance options; plus a flexible work schedule.Estimated Pay Range: $94,000 - $110,000 annuallyJob SummaryAs an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on-time, in-budget projects by executing projects within the intended scope, timeframe, and funds; communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand/set expectations, establish timelines, and nurture relationships; managing resources by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate necessary resources; developing project plans, including outlining executing strategy, objectives, schedule, and cost; measure performance for presentation, and work collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners. This role will support our customer onsite in Burnsville, MN, for the project duration, and will transition to the Applied Engineering office in Brooklyn Park, MN, upon completion.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field required; Bachelor of Science in an Engineering Discipline strongly preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience managing new product development projectsPMP CertificationAbility to travel as needed (less than 10% expected)Advanced skill set in time management and task prioritizationPassion for managing teams and driving resultsAbility to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvementSkills and ValuesCapable of working independently and as a team memberStrong work ethic and unwavering integrityExcellent interpersonal skills and a learning mindsetCuriosity, problem solving, and analytical thinkingEffective verbal and written communicationDesire to work on a variety of projectsPlease consider joining Applied's team of talented employees!
