Primary tasks for this position includes ordering and kitting of parts, coordinating builds, managing short lead time requests, creating and managing parts tracking spreadsheets, working with purchasing to obtain quotes and lead times, coordinating shipments, working with Customer Owned Property and other general support as requested within the hardware engineering teams.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, proactive, able to work with engineering to meet multiple deadlines, thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, and is a proven multi-tasker with a strong attention to detail.What You Will DoOrdering and tracking partsBOM creationTracking/managing short lead time simulations, creating routes and reports for yield and defects configuration and serializationFacilitating PREP reviewsReleasing drawings/documentsTracking and ordering Customer Owned Property (COPS)Shipping as required, and other general support as requestedEdits format of required documentationInterfaces with technicians, engineers and engineering managers to create/ edit documentation.Supports the Bid & Proposal process, assisting in bid narratives and bid reviewsRepresents organization as a prime contact on projects, often coordinating activities of support personnel and communicating effectivelyGenerally works on moderately difficult assignments which are given in terms of objectives to be accomplished and priorities to be followed. Requires judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experienceThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is requiredU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
