Engineering Program Specialist RemoteDuration: 12 MonthsWork Location: US - RemoteAs an Engineering Program Specialist, your top priority will be partnering with Technical Program Managers to deliver hardware to cross-functional team(s) on time to support product development.This role requires strong communication skills and attention to details as you will be working with large cross-functional teams both internally and externally.Managing and keeping track of information are extremely critical to the success of this role.Core ResponsibilitiesCollect allocation requests and manage distribution logisticsSupport budget management and forecastingManage procurement and keep track of Purchase OrdersPartner with Logistics team to ensure fast shippingManage multiple programs concurrentlyDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPartner with Technical Program Managers (TPM) and Engineering to support Wearables program(s) execution and delivery.Coordinate hardware distribution efforts including logistics activities, inventory management, and allocation collections.Support budget tracking and forecasting, including requesting purchase orders, ensuring timely invoice submission, and partnering with cross functional teams to drive forecast accuracy.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronicsExperience in hardware development, worked with vendors domestically and internationallyExperience managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, coordinating across different teams, vendors and time zonesTop 3 Must-Have SkillsHardware Experience (Ex-Apple similar role is very relevant experience)Experience in procurement - issuing and managing POs.Experience working with Bill of Materials (BOMs) and/or FATP Build Matrices.
