Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Factory Services requests and initiatives.
• Act as the customer-facing interface, partnering with customers and sales teams to ensure successful execution of project requests.
• Lead multiple cross-functional project teams and coordinate internal development partners.
• Manage strategic projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and business processes.
• Oversee logistics and coordination of parts required for product builds and prototypes.
• Develop and manage project schedules, deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to ensure timelines and business objectives are achieved.
• Communicate program updates, risks, and escalations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements, documentation standards, and implementation of best practices.
• Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7-10+ years of experience in:
• Program or Project Management
• Manufacturing Operations
• Product Development
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership

Preferred

• Experience in manufacturing, hardware, engineering, or factory service environments.
• Experience supporting prototype or new product introduction (NPI) programs.

This is paying between $45-55/hr based on years of experience. This is also a 1 year contract that is fully onsite 5 days a week in Spring, TX.
