Job Description
- Photoshop Engineering team is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to drive release readiness, engineering operations, and cross-functional execution for product delivery initiatives. This role will partner closely with Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to ensure successful planning, testing, validation, and release of product capabilities.
Responsibilities
Release & Engineering Operations
- Manage end-to-end release readiness processes including planning, execution tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Partner closely with Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and release of product capabilities
- Drive operational processes around testing, validation, bug management, launch readiness, and post-release reviews
- Maintain visibility into release health, testing status, and critical path dependencies
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong partnerships across globally distributed teams
- Facilitate decision-making, manage trade-offs, and drive accountability
Process Improvement
- Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, workflows, and tools to increase team effectiveness and execution velocity
- Drive scalable practices for planning, tracking, and delivery
- Establish clear ownership, action tracking, and operational rigor across programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Engineering Operations, Technical Program Management, or related roles
- Experience managing complex engineering programs and product releases
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), release management, testing processes, and engineering operations
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Engineering teams
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive results
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and project tracking tools
- Bachelor's degree required
Compensation
- Pay Rate: Up to $52.82 per hour
