Description

In this role you will drive, own, and deliver all aspects of large, multi-functional efforts and feature areas. Responsibilities include:

• Partner with engineering teams throughout feature development from architecture, design, implementation, and validation.
• Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution to program issues.
• Drive prioritization and timelines to meet timelines.
• Help the team with ongoing improvements to the program management processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Marketing teams, and Loss Prevention teams.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of engineering project/program management experience.
• Experience driving requirements across multiple cross-functional programs.
• Sound technical foundation and a highly motivated self-starter.
• Demonstrated experience working with APIs.
• Ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and technical partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• Background in loss prevention technologies.
• Background in operations/supply chain.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
• Exceptional decision-making abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Pay & Benefits

Base pay range: $165,500 to $248,700, dependent on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Employees may participate in discretionary stock, restricted stock unit awards, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
