Qualifications & Experience

• Experienced Engineering Program Manager with strong expertise in leading engineering deployment and installation projects.
• Proven experience in coordinating device installation, commissioning, and field deployment activities.
• Manage procurement activities and collaborate with vendors to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials.
• Drive effective stakeholder coordination across customers, engineering teams, operations, and leadership.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead escalation management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities.
• Ability to understand and interpret engineering requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills with customer-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer and deployment sites as required.
• Good to have knowledge of cameras, vision systems, lighting systems, connectivity, sensors, and related engineering hardware.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $53.00 per hour

Pay Range Maximum: $57.00 per hour

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
