Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end program delivery for critical initiatives in Identity Platform and education technology impacting global users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure execution excellence, manage priorities, and transparently report on program status. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, translates technical complexity into business outcomes, and drives strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive program execution from inception to completion across multiple teams.
- Define and manage program priorities, timelines, and scope, making critical trade-offs.
- Maintain clear and consistent program transparency through detailed plans and reporting.
- Foster strong relationships with various stakeholders to influence and align efforts.
- Proactively identify and mitigate program risks to ensure successful delivery.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in technical program management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent programs.
- Experience in software-based cloud services and identity management systems is preferred.
