Senior Software Engineering ManagerInsight Global is looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager for one of our retail clients in Des Moines, IA. As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you'll work alongside and lead a cross functional agile team focused on building and maintaining customer-facing applications. You'll create reusable components that are shared across many applications and work with other team members to cross-pollinate ideas and skills.
You'll find, monitor, and address performance issues and take features from conception to final production deployment. You will heavily contribute to solution design, architecture build and API creation. In the role, you'll contribute heavily to user story definition that takes our technology stack into consideration, but also continue to push the bounds of what is possible.
You'll work in a highly collaborative environment and mentor other engineers. Software Engineers will be working on full stack development with customer facing product but all working on the back end as well. The annual salary for this role is between $160,000 - $175,000.
