Base pay range: $130,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

We are seeking a highly experienced Water/Wastewater Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of critical infrastructure projects across Texas and surrounding regions. This role offers the opportunity to shape sustainable water solutions while managing high‑performing teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Manage project teams, budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas or ability to obtain.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in water/wastewater engineering, including leadership roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
