We don't expect you to have a background in everything we use, but we do expect strong technical skills, exceptional communication, and a track record of leading high-performing engineering teams through ambiguity and scale. We're looking for builders who still know how to code even if it's not part of the day-to-day.This role reports to the Head of Product & Engineering. Base salary is only one part of your total compensation package at CivilGrid, which also includes meaningful early-stage equity, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to shape a category-defining company.
